I'm a wife to Oca III, a teacher, a friend. I'm passionate about writing and photos and an avid life- documenter. This blog, which started on May 08, 2010, gives me the opportunity to share my heart with a few friends. Enjoy! Take a peek of my awesome family! Through all of the posts and a crazy amount of pictures, we hope to document all of the silly details of raising our two precious kids, Ora & Quad IV. We also hope to share some of the fun things that we do around our beautiful sub-urb life... Kisses!

HAPPINESS TODAY & BEYOND!

The last few days before the year ends were spent merrily with my three wonderful people.
'Tis the season where I could enjoy spending all of my time with them and also the moments where  I could be a full time mom & wife despite the craziness of being in a hurry to do all the  preparations needed for the holidays.
Of course amidst the crazy-busy scheds Oscar & I have, we still managed to gather everything on time before Christmas eve strikes.
With a little Christmas Spirit this time of year everything comes together.
We both did a couple of Christmas shopping, so we hit a last-minute shopping precisely for straight 3 days after work.
We arrived in rainy, cold nights at home with Ora & Quad sleeping serenely.

It’s been a busy year, but been a wonderful one!
So many things to be thankful for.
To render thanks for the great benefits we have received is to head on church and pray.
My God on that very evening knows all my heart's desires.
I thank Him for a wonderful family I have, a healthy heart he has given us.
Through the toughest times my God has always been my faithful God who stood still and will always stand beside me and my family.

I prayed on that night with my kids and ended the prayer with,
“Thank You for my sweet and happy kids.”

One great thing I agreed with was when Oscar said before going to bed was:
“Merry Christmas B, thankful kayo ko na nagkuyog gihapon tang upat for Christmas”…
Yes, there were some rather stubborn hindrances but we prevailed,
and we came out stronger!
Guess, this’ the real essence of Christmas and I do believe that the holiday indeed brings magic to every one’s hearts.

I am certain that this is the man I’m going to spend the rest of my life with.
We’ve never been happier.
It’s like finding that missing jigsaw puzzle–when I found him, everything just fell into place and connected.
This is it, I believe, the worlds have aligned and I can’t be happier.

Enjoy you family.
Build memories together that will last long after the lights are taken down and the ornamnets packed away.

Once again, she was her independent and playful self.

Early morning we get ourselves ready for rides going to Sta. Cruz were the Lazaro’s Christmas Party is awaiting.

Annually all the apo’s and other relatives gathered to celebrate Christmas and it’s just so overwhelming the happiness this clan had shown on that very day. It’s not just celebration of Christ’s birth but also a celebration of our lola Inday’s good health and long life.
I may not be part of them by blood but every year I get a present from Lola Inday and I am welcomed dearly whenever my family visits.
There were so many things Oscar & I are thankful for on her.
She has helped us in so many ways without indecisions, she hailed me with
love and pure understanding during Oscar & I’s hard times.
To Lola Inday, we your apo’s are all greatful to have a wonder Lola like you!
Cheers to more happy & long life!

Ora:  Tara na Mama Da. Uwi na tayo.

Perhaps of all those crazy things she did during the event made her depleted of strength and energy. Even Quad who did nothing but cuddle with everyone suddenly got very tired after playing for a time.

For your children's sake, don't let Christmas become a list of to do's.
If you have a list at all, let it be a list of moments spent together that love is shared
... and remember always...

It should go without saying how important family is, especially during Christmas time.
Of course,Christmas is meant to celebrate the birth of Jesus,
but it is also meant to celebrate the love we have for the people in our lives and to share some special holiday moments with those that we love.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from my family to yours.
Enjoy this holiday by spending time with your loved ones.
I know I happily am :)

The BEST of all gifts around any Christmas tree:
the presence of a HAPPY FAMILY all wrapped up in each other.

Embrace the current season of your life!
Thank you for dropping by!
